Everything you need to know before booking
The price is calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle type and the options you choose. You get an instant estimate as soon as you complete the form. It's a fixed price : no extra charge for traffic jams or a slight detour.
For airport transfers and intercity trips : no deposit required. You can pay in full at booking (by bank transfer or card) or in cash on the day. For hourly hire and tailor-made tours : a 50 % deposit at booking, with the balance due on the day. Corporate accounts and partner agencies : monthly invoicing.
Free cancellation up to 2 days before (48h before the trip). After that, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation for medical reasons : full refund upon proof.
We work with French-, English-, Spanish- and Arabic-speaking drivers. Simply state your preferred language in the form : we'll select the driver accordingly.
Baby seats and booster seats are available on request (+30 MAD). Bulky luggage, sports equipment, instruments : note it in the form so we can match the right vehicle.
We track your flight in real time. Your driver knows exactly when to arrive. 1 hour of waiting time is included, and we don't charge for reasonable extra minutes.
24h before your trip, you'll receive by email and WhatsApp : your driver's photo, first name, languages spoken, WhatsApp number, and the vehicle model.
Yes. We use PayPal (payment by card or PayPal balance) as well as secure bank transfers (Payoneer or Moroccan bank account). Your payment details never pass through our servers.
The balance on the day can be paid in cash (EUR or MAD at the current rate), by card to the driver, or by bank transfer for corporate accounts.
The quoted price stays the price you're charged, traffic or no traffic. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle is dispatched within 45 min in urban areas, at no extra cost to you.
Yes, frequently. Just provide the traveller's contact details and yours in the form. We coordinate with both parties.
Yes, free of charge up to 2 days before (48h before departure). After that, minor changes remain free. Major changes may incur an additional charge if another driver needs to be assigned.
