Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the chauffeured transport services provided by Atlas Driver to any private or business client.

2. Services

Airport transfers, chauffeur hire, intercity journeys, multi-day tours. Details set out in each personalised quote.

3. Booking and payment

For airport transfers and intercity journeys : no deposit, payment at booking (PayPal, bank transfer) or in cash on the day. For chauffeur hire and tours : a 50 % deposit at booking, the balance on the day. Corporate accounts and partner agencies : monthly invoicing.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to D-2 (48h before the journey). Late cancellation : the deposit is retained (for services requiring a deposit). Cancellation for medical reasons : refund upon supporting documentation.

5. Liability

Atlas Driver connects clients with insured professional chauffeurs. Atlas Driver cannot be held liable for adverse weather conditions, industrial action or events of force majeure.
